  • Investment News, a part of Bonhill Group plc is constantly sending heaps of email newsletters to educate, inform, and engage its loyal readers. 
  • Even with a huge marketing team, it was facing difficulties generating hundreds of thousands of emails manually, each day.  
  • As a group of companies, it operates multiple websites. The marketing teams needed to manually pull content from different websites for their newsletters, which was again, tedious and inefficient.

  • The marketing teams could design templates specific to their campaigns. Then, using ‘drag-anddrop’they could place desired content into their templates and instantly produce newsletters. 



    • Bonhill was able to build, target, and schedule newsletters faster with the Editorial app. The teams no longer needed to create large volumes of newsletters manually, as the app automated this process by plugging their web content into newsletter templates. 
    • Since the app allowed choosing content from multiple websites, Bonhill could easily create business-specific campaigns. 
    • The app has a ‘drag-and-drop’ interface, so Bonhill’s marketing teams was able to quickly learn to use the tool. This saved the time and effort learning to design using third-party software. 
    • Ad insertion orders generate a large portion of Bonhill’s revenue. The app allowed Bonhill to create space for ads in the newsletters, without having to specify ad spaces manually. 
    • Editorial App is connected seamlessly to Dynamics 365 Marketing. This allowed the teams to create customer journeys and segment their audiences from Dynamics 365. The Editorial App then pulled this information from Dynamics 365 and allowed Bonhill to choose the target segment and schedule the emails.  
    • Bonhill was able to gain detailed and meaningful insights into its email campaigns, with Dynamics 365 providing comprehensive data on open rates, ad clicks, bounces, and conversions. This helped its teams measure and improve their email marketing efforts.
